Instrument Technician

الوصف الوظيفيDiploma or degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems. Strong understanding of process control and automation systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Experience with calibration and maintenance of various instrumentation devices, such as pressure transmitters, flow meters, and temperature sensors. Familiarity with PLCs, DCS systems, and SCADA software. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Description
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instrumentation equipment used in our industrial processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instrumentation equipment used in industrial processes.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate measurements and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities, including calibration records and compliance reports.
