What You Will Do
- Research and identify potential leads across the Saudi and GCC markets (startups, VCs, e-commerce brands, corporates)
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce Gradion’s services
- Qualify leads through discovery conversations to understand business needs, timing, and budgets
- Work closely with senior sales and marketing teams to nurture relationships and schedule meetings
- Maintain accurate lead data and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Contribute to market intelligence understanding trends, players, and opportunities in the Saudi tech and e-commerce ecosystem
What You Will Bring
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, client-facing roles (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or startup environments) or consulting within Saudi Arabia or the MENA regionStrong communication and research skills, comfortable reaching out to new people and starting conversationsFluency in both English and Arabic; excellent communication and presentation skillsPassion for technology, innovation, and entrepreneurshipOrganized, self-motivated, and goal-drivenMust be based in Saudi Arabia (remote work setup)Nice to Have
