Senior Technical Consultant (Riyadh, KSA) – SS&C Technologies. Location : Riyadh, KSA. Provide dedicated on-site support to a client in Riyadh for managing the Algo Credit Manager (ACM) solution in production on a 24 / 7 basis with a dedicated on-site team. Deliver support and consultancy to ensure high quality advice, guidance and service for the ACM instance in the client’s production environment. Act as a product specialist for day-to-day management of the ACM solution, including issue management and release management of regular upgrades. Assist the client production team with day-to-day ACM management, issue management and release management. Collaborate with SS&C stakeholders (product owners, development teams, services teams) and client stakeholders (Production, Infrastructure, Development) to deliver robust solutions. Manage daily batch runs, intraday monitoring, and maintenance of operational documents for ACM in the client environment. Lead on-call / stand-by activities and support the client during non-business hours as required. Install ACM, apply interim fixes and major releases, and configure ACM and related third-party components (database, middleware, reporting solutions) in line with the client release cycle. Troubleshoot errors, performance issues and licensing problems during upgrades and provide guidance to client teams on infrastructure-related issues. Qualifications

Previous Algo Credit Manager (ACM) experience is highly desired Degree (preferably numerate / technical) or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in supporting LIVE production systems, preferably banking systems Hands-on experience with Linux Experience of working and supporting LIVE production systems Scripting experience (Groovy Script, Java Script, shell) Experience with middleware solutions Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift Familiarity with database essentials (SQL, installation, sizing, performance) Working knowledge of Core Java, SQL, Web app server deployment Working knowledge of JMS / MQ messaging Working knowledge of REST and SOAP Understanding of performance optimization techniques and DevOps principles Excellent English oral communication; presentation and traffic of information Ability to take initiative and deliver solutions to technical and business problems Willingness to adapt, learn and explore new technologies High degree of initiative and ability to work with complex software with minimal supervision Ability to estimate, manage own work and stay within plan What You Will Love Here
