• What You’ll Do :
• As a Technical Presales Consultant-DELL, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing the sales of assigned products by offering presales support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include :
• Converting customer / reseller inquiries into the right technical solutions.
• Meeting with end-users to better understand their requirements.
• Generating Bills of Materials and designing solution blocks in collaboration with hardware / software vendors.
• Conducting demos and proof of concept presentations to customers.
• Arranging and conducting technical training for partners and customers.
• What You Bring to the Role :
• We’re looking for someone with :
• You have 5+ years of presales experience.
• You have knowledge of of the following products : DELL or similar Server / storage related technologies.
• You have related technical certifications
• You are enthusiastic and have a results-driven mindset with a strong will to succeed.
