With strong brand equity in martial arts gear and premium supplements, the company is now aiming to expand into broader sportswear, fitness accessories, and health products. We’re looking for a leader who combines digital commerce expertise with product and brand intuition, capable of scaling this platform into a market leader in the sports retail space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the end‑to‑end e‑commerce strategy, covering product expansion, marketing, sales, and customer experience
• Identify growth categories beyond martial arts—including general sportswear, gym gear, and nutritional supplements
• Build strategic partnerships with leading brands and distributors
• Oversee digital marketing, performance campaigns, and influencer collaborations to drive traffic and conversion
• Lead inventory planning, merchandising strategy, and pricing optimization
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team (content, operations, marketing, customer service)
• Report directly to the founders / board with performance dashboards, growth roadmaps, and market insights
• Align commercial execution with the club’s brand, values, and athletic community
