Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Legal Consultant to provide legal support across various domains including labor, commercial, and civil law. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, contract review capabilities, and the ability to represent the company in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory : Provide sound legal advice on matters related to Saudi labor, commercial, and civil laws.
• Contract Management : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure legal compliance and protect company interests.
• Court Representation : Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
