Legal Counsel

Job Purpose :

Provide legal expertise and guidance to ensure compliance, manage risks, and support business objectives

effectively.

Accountabilities :

▪ Handle all legal matters, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

▪ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.

▪ Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.

▪ Manage legal risks and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

▪ Represent the organization in legal matters and disputes.

▪ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations while promoting organizational transparency.

▪ Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute shared team objectives.

▪ Provide regular updates on performance and document any issues or challenges to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Legal or a related field.

▪ Expertise in Saudi real estate laws, IPO readiness, and corporate compliance.

▪ Experience with CMA regulations, real estate transactions, and litigation.

▪ Preferred 5+ years of experience in similar filed.
