  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to deliver on client expectations.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably in a B2B or technology environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
