The SME Credit Manager will oversee the credit portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), providing tailored credit solutions while managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role focuses on assessing credit risks, portfolio management, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Define SME product programs : eligibility, limits, financial ratios, collateral, and covenants. Lead appraisal of obligor / transaction risk (financial statements, cash flows, bank statements, bureau data). Set and monitor industry / concentration limits; maintain watchlist and early‑warning triggers. Approve within authority; escalate to committee with clear risk / mitigation rationale. Coordinate with Legal on security perfection and with Operations on documentation. Provide feedback to Sales on packaging quality; deliver banker / relationship manager training. Review portfolio performance by cohort and recommend policy refinements. Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance / Accounting / Economics. Professional credit certifications preferred. Experience

• 8 years in SME / corporate credit; strong financial analysis and collateral experience. Competencies
