Supports Revenue Manager in analyzing andreporting Revenue Management data in all revenuestreams.
Duties &Responsibilities
- Breaksdown information into its fundamental components identifying thecore principles reasons or facts to gain comprehensiveinsights.
- Conducts regular price and competitoranalysis to stay on top of market dynamics and optimize pricingstrategies.
- Aims to be the primary point ofcontact for all statistical and revenuerelated requests and issuesby continuously developing and enhancing reportingskills.
- Assists in collating gathering andensuring the quality control of revenue data tracking performanceagainst budgeted targets.
- Supports the RevenueManager in generating and distributing daily weekly and monthlyrevenue management reports presenting results across all segmentsand outlets.
- Observes receives and acquiresinformation from relevant sources submitting reports promptly tomeet delivery deadlines.
- Analyses periodend andother available system data to discern trends forecast future needsand identify obstacles to goalachievement.
- Prepares supporting documentationfor sales strategy meetings contributing to the development ofeffective revenue strategies.
- Cultivatesconstructive and cooperative relationships with team members andother stakeholders ensuring sustained collaboration overtime.
- Executes all Revenue Management monthendreporting and auditing providing forwardlooking information forforecasting and targeting specific areas ofneed.
- Runs daily system checks to ensureoperational efficiency and accuracy in revenuerelatedprocesses.
Qualifications :
Bachelorsdegree in related field (finance / analytical background orstudies).Experience in Revenue Reservations orSales in Hospitality / Hotel business is amust.Strong analytical skills along withexcellent communication and attention todetail.Able to communication in both writtenand spoken English.Experience working with : Opera STRStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPointskills.RemoteWork : EmploymentType :
