The HR Operations Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including HR systems, policies, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, data analytics, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and regulations.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Develop and deliver HR training programs.
• Manage HR data and analytics to support decision-making.
• Contribute to HR process improvements.
• Manage and mentor the HR Operations team.
