Quantity Surveyor - Freyssinet Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs
• Manage project budgets throughout the lifecycle, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Oversee contract administration, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, issuing change orders, and administering payments
• Monitor project progress and identify potential cost overruns or delays
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in quantity surveying
• Provide expert advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on cost-related matters
• Contribute to the overall success of Freyssinet Saudi Arabia by providing accurate and timely cost estimates and project management support
