Civil Engineers constitute the core technical workforce for project execution, ensuring the highest quality and regulatory compliance in water infrastructure projects. With significant deployment across CENTRAL (960 man-months) and EAST (540 man-months), this role is essential to the success of day-to-day site supervision and technical coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site activities and ensure civil works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor progress of construction activities for pipelines, reservoirs, and plants.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with SWA standards.
- Prepare site reports, track project milestones, and escalate delays or technical challenges.
- Support tender evaluations, contractor performance reviews, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.Experience : Minimum 10 years, with 3 years in water project supervision.Strong familiarity with SWA technical, safety, and environmental regulations.Ability to manage multiple site activities under tight timelines.Seniority level
