Knows how to keep deals alive, navigate bureaucracy, align technical and business needs, and drive momentum until the contract is signed. Act as the primary liaison between InnovationTeam and key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery. Drive business development initiatives, identifying and capturing high‑value opportunities in new and existing markets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine and execute go‑to‑market strategies. Represent InnovationTeam at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, enhancing our brand visibility. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and exceed targets. Oversee sales pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize team efficiency. Prior work experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment is preferred, with a strong understanding of global sales strategies, cross‑cultural business dynamics, and enterprise‑level client engagement. Sets a high standard for attention to detail across the sales team, ensuring proposals, contracts, and client interactions are precise, aligned, and risk‑aware. Leads by example, ensuring nothing is overlooked in complex, high‑stakes deals. Fluency in Arabic and English is a strong advantage. Experience working with AI, cloud, and enterprise integration technologies is preferred. The Opportunity
