IT Governance Consulting Expert – Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Consulting Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT governance, compliance, ISO standards, business continuity, and risk management , supported by a strong consulting and advisory background .

This role involves designing, implementing, and auditing IT governance frameworks in alignment with international standards and local regulatory requirements such as ISO / IEC 38500, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, NCA ECC, and DGA guidelines. The expert will provide strategic advisory services to enhance organizational governance maturity, ensure regulatory compliance, and align IT operations with business objectives and Vision 2030 goals .

Requirements

Governance Framework Development & Implementation :

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices (e.g., COBIT, ISO 38500, ISO / IEC 20000, ITIL, ISO 31000 and ISO 22301).
• Build and document policies and procedures in accordance with international governance methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of governance frameworks to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
• Ensure governance policies are well-integrated across various business units.
