As the Senior Stakeholder Manager, you will oversee stakeholder engagement for the Roads Program, ensuring that all efforts align with our vision and operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure projects, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to build and maintain relationships across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies tailored to various stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and project partners involved in the Roads Program.
- Lead the creation of communication materials, including reports and presentations, that articulate the program's progress, impacts, and value to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential conflicts through proactive communication and negotiation techniques, ensuring stakeholder concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Track stakeholder engagement activities, measure satisfaction, and report outcomes to senior management, providing insights that guide decision-making.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that stakeholder feedback is integrated into the project planning and execution phases.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a culture of stakeholder engagement excellence within the Roads Program.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, regulatory environments, and stakeholder sentiments to inform engagement strategies and align with best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Development, Communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in stakeholder management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or road development projects.Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, including government and local communities.Proficient communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information clearly.Proven analytical abilities to assess stakeholder needs and feedback effectively.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.Experience with project management tools and stakeholder engagement platforms.Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
