الوصف الوظيفيEducated to degree level or equivalent. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a cost management role Previous Experience in KSA Preferable five (5) years of management experience in the GCC. Additional experience in a Port or marine environment is an advantage. Additional training in Health and Safety Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management and staff Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a multinational multi-dimensional organization. English proficiency Computer skills Word Excel Outlook Explorer Primavera P6. Program Management FDA Regulations Management Experience Facilities Management Clinical Development Data Management Quality Systems Project Management Research & Development GLP Budgeting Leadership Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Support the PMO and commercial team with all matters relating to cost including projects with multiple contractors and / or subcontractors.
- Assist and support the Marine and Infra commercial teams and ensure the production and delivery of a wide array of contract deliverables.
- Manage cost and financial monitoring for a diverse set of tasks being performed by staff from multiple technical and non-technical disciplines
- Work closely with the internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate cost fluctuations and cost status to the executive team.
- Interact routinely with Operating leads functional managers technical staff and customers
