The Senior Project & Risk Manager will lead project management and risk management efforts across all disciplines, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and mitigation of project risks. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and extensive experience managing complex land development projects.
The project involves large-scale land development with civil infrastructure, utilities, and transport networks. The Senior Project & Risk Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and risk management to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in project management and risk management on large-scale land development or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in GCC countries, preferably Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, project planning tools, and infrastructure project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management and risk software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Risk Management tools, etc.).

Lead PMS execution strategy to meet Program objectives and Infrastructure Master Plan requirementsAligning outputs with Program objectives balancing constraints, risk allocation, budgets, and scheduleSupport RCRC in meeting the Program execution strategy & objectivesWork in parallel with Client to support the Program execution via Lead Developer’ entities including other 3rd party Consultants, PMC and Contractor.Oversee the Developer Parties in their compliance with the following :Program Terms of Engagement
Program scheduleProgram target ratio of verified “Affection” plots per land locationProgram Land Development, Real Estate & Sales implementationProgram legal approvals and permits for statutory requirementsProgram Stakeholder managementLead the preparation of Pre-construction Constructability Plan for executing construction activitiesLead project management activities for the land development project, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.Monitor project progress, including design, pre-construction activities, and coordination among civil, MEP, traffic, and urban planning teams.Ensure compliance with client requirements, local regulations, and international best practices.Prepare risk registers, project reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior management and clients.Facilitate regular project meetings and workshops to align multidisciplinary teams and resolve issues.Support decision-making on technical, financial, and operational risks.Mentor and develop junior project and risk management staff.Ensure quality standards, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency across all project phases.#J-18808-Ljbffr
