As the
Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) Assistant Manager
at
Four Seasons Resort Red Sea , you are responsible for supporting the daily operations, programming, and guest experience of the resort’s luxury children’s facility. You will assist in overseeing the KFAS team, ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for children that reflects the exceptional standards of Four Seasons. You will contribute to designing and delivering engaging activities for young guests, with leadership ensuring a seamless experience for families. Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Child Engagement : Assist in managing the daily operations of the KFAS program, ensuring a safe, organized, and engaging atmosphere for children. Help plan, implement, and supervise age-appropriate recreational and educational activities that align with Four Seasons service culture. Ensure a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children and their families. Interact with young guests in a caring, attentive, and fun manner, promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule. Handle any child-related concerns with sensitivity and professionalism, working closely with parents as needed. Team Leadership & Support : Support the KFAS Manager in leading, scheduling, and training KFAS Attendants and seasonal staff. Promote a positive and collaborative working environment for the team. Ensure all team members adhere to health, safety, and service protocols. Step in as acting manager when the KFAS Manager is off duty. Safety & Operations : Maintain compliance with all child safety, hygiene, and health protocols in accordance with resort policy and local regulations. Monitor the use of equipment and materials, ensuring proper sanitation and maintenance. Assist with inventory management of KFAS supplies, toys, games, and materials. Ensure accurate recordkeeping for child attendance, incident reports, and daily programming. Service Standards & Communication : Maintain Four Seasons’ standards of excellence in all guest interactions. Communicate effectively with other departments to support guest needs and programming logistics. Provide feedback and suggestions for continual improvement of the KFAS experience. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a luxury childcare, hospitality, or recreation setting. Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or a related field preferred. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a natural ability to connect with children and families. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus. First Aid and CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
