Working as Senior Graphic Designer overseeing and managing a team of graphic designers ensuring thequality and timely delivery of design projects.

keyAccountabilities

Superviseand lead a team of graphic designers providing guidance mentorshipand feedback.
Set the creative direction fordesign projects ensuring alignment with client or brandguidelines.
Oversee project workflows managetimelines budgets and clientcommunication.
Conduct quality control checkson design deliverables to ensure high standards and clientsatisfaction.
Identify training needs foster aculture of innovation and support the professional growth of teammembers.
Work closely with other departments toalign design strategies with overall businessobjectives.

knowledgeSkills Experience

Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design applied Arts or relatedfield.

5 years in graphic design roles with atleast 2 years in a leadership / supervisoryposition.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) strong understanding of typographycolor theory and layout principles.

Strongleadership decisionmaking and problemsolvingskills.

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills ability to articulate design concepts andcollaborate effectively.

Demonstrated portfolioshowcasing creativity technical skills and successful designoutcomes.
