Manager - Health, Safety, and Environment

Overview JASARA PMC is looking for a passionate and experienced Manager for our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the organization.

As a leader within JASARA PMC, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our commitment to safety excellence and environmental stewardship while working on major construction projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Lead the HSE team in conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies

Provide strategic direction and management for HSE initiatives across all projects and departments

Facilitate incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure implementation of corrective actions

Organize and deliver HSE training programs to enhance safety awareness among employees and subcontractors

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and emerging trends within the industry

Prepare and present comprehensive reports on HSE performance to senior management

Collaborate with project teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into project planning and execution
