Responsibilities
Requires specialized depth and / or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or Marketing Campaigns management and is often regarded as a source of knowledge to other subordinates. Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business. Contributes to the development of organization's Marketing Campaigns strategy. May lead teams or projects within Marketing Campaigns. Execute marketing campaigns, advertising and promotional activities for SPL and ensure using the most effective marketing communication tools. Create consumer awareness and demand, strengthen market penetration and achieve sales target. Develop and direct campaigns for the promotion of the SPL’s Products. Work with agencies to book all campaigns according to the approved marketing plans. Monitor campaign delivery and work with agency - if needed- to ensure full optimization where needed. Recommend new marketing channels based on product needs and market trends. Monitor the results of marketing campaigns and make whatever changes may be required to improve performance.
