Network Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team in Riyadh on a rotating shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large-scale networks or service provider environments and possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, incident handling, and service restoration.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, configuration changes, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues efficiently and ensure minimal downtime.
• Support and optimize routing, switching, and MPLS technologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery of network services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to operational standards and procedures.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong experience working with major network platforms such as : Cisco NCS5500, ASR9K, ACI, etc.
• Deep knowledge of routing protocols : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, etc.
• Solid understanding of MPLS technologies and operations : Segment Routing (SR), MP-BGP, L2 / L3 VPN, Inter-AS, QoS, EVPN, etc.
• Hands-on experience using Network Monitoring Tools : SolarWinds or similar NMS tools
• Strong analytical skills for network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with network design, assessment, and planning activities.
• Background in daily network operations, migrations, and configuration deployments.
• CCNP or CCIE (highly preferred)
