HR & Legal Specialist

Arabian Culinary Logistics is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented HR & Legal Specialist to support our growing hospitality group. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR operations while handling legal matters to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure compliance with Saudi laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and update all types of contracts, including employment agreements, supplier contracts, and service-level agreements.
• Represent the company in legal matters before government entities, labor offices, and courts when necessary.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on HR and operational issues to management and business units.
• Handle labor disputes, employee grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with Saudi labor law.
• Ensure all company activities, permits, and documentation comply with legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate legal and HR records and coordinate with external legal advisors when needed.
• Support HR in developing compliant policies and procedures that align with company vision and standards.
• Protect the company’s interests in all transactions, negotiations, and partnerships.
