We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer with 10 years of expertise in project planning and scheduling. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and facilitating effective project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Create and manage project schedules using industry-standard scheduling tools.
- Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project objectives.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Identify and assess potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project timelines.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Generate regular project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Highlight key milestones, challenges, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to optimize project efficiency.
- Participate in project review meetings to assess progress and address concerns.
- Evaluate the impact of changes to project scope and timelines.

Minimum Requirements
