We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Saudi National to join our team in Khobar, KSA, as an HR & Government Relations Officer.

About the Job
As an HR and Government Relations Officer, you will play a key role in managing a wide range of Human Resources operations and government relations activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient business operations in line with Saudi labor regulations.
You will act as the primary liaison between REDA Chemicals and government entities, overseeing all regulatory processes while supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, payroll inputs, recruitment, and benefits administration. This role is critical in ensuring the company’s ongoing compliance and operational excellence within the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all government-related processes through platforms such as Qiwa, Absher, and Muqeem.
- Ensure the timely issuance, renewal, transfer, and cancellation of residency permits (Iqamas), work permits, and visas, in full compliance with KSA Labor Law.
- Handle all matters related to the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), including employee registration, monthly contributions, updates, and compliance reporting.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all local labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Support payroll processes, including inputs for leaves, attendance, and final settlements.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the company’s medical insurance scheme, including employee enrolments, renewals, policy updates, and resolving employee queries.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for local positions — including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offer letters, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in HR and Government Relations within KSA, with strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory procedures.Native Arabic speaker (essential for government liaison work)Professional English fluencyProven hands‑on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and other relevant government portals.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Interested candidates are encouraged to respond with an updated CV.
