A dynamic opportunity to lead a multi-site, high-volume food & beverage operation in one of the world’s most ambitious developments – NEOM . We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager with a background in cruise lines, luxury catering, or large-scale hospitality to oversee dining, events, and catering services across diverse facilities within a complex remote setup.

This is not a hotel or restaurant position, but a strategic leadership role in catering and service operations , mirroring the pace and complexity of cruise ship environments.

Requirements

Role Overview

• Lead restaurant, events, and catering operations across multiple remote sites
• Ensure delivery of high standards in guest experience, food quality, service flow, and event execution
• Drive performance, team training, compliance, logistics, and client engagement
• Innovate, plan ahead, and manage resources to deliver seamless daily service and special events
• Oversee operational quality, inventory, digital systems, scheduling, reporting, and client-facing functions
