Operation Manager (F&B)

Our Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operation Manager F&B to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and driving profitability. Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of all designated F&B outlets, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality control.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote F&B offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
