Job Title : Director of Performance and Institutional Excellence

Responsibilities :

• Prepare the company's strategic and operational plans in collaboration with relevant departments, based on senior leadership insights and organizational goals.
• Periodically update the strategic and operational plans to ensure alignment with future directions and market needs.
• Monitor the implementation of the strategic and operational plans across all departments to ensure achievement of defined objectives.
• Develop and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that reflect institutional performance across various departments.
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance based on KPIs to identify gaps and develop improvement strategies.
• Redesign processes to improve quality across all functions.
• Ensure compliance with recognized local and international standards to achieve institutional excellence.
• Provide consultation and guidance to departments on improving performance and adhering to standards.
• Prepare policies and procedures for all departments within the organization.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures align with the company's strategic goals and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with implemented policies and procedures.
• Periodically review policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and relevance to organizational changes.
• Provide direction and support to departments in implementing and complying with policies and procedures.
