Main responsibilities Drive new business development and expand our presence within the targeted industry sectors. Identify, qualify, and pursue leads to maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Develop and sustain relationships with consultants, end users, EPCs, and key decision makers to influence specifications and secure long-term business. Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing. Create and implement account plans and strategies to meet growth and revenue targets. Navigate local procurement cycles, regulations, and industry-specific challenges effectively. Stay informed about market trends, localization policies, and regulatory changes affecting the industry. Collaborate with internal teams within the Kingdom and with the Local Product Expert to align on customer needs. Regularly update CRM (Salesforce) with accurate customer and opportunity information. Who are you? We seek a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Executive to join our expanding sales team in Saudi Arabia. Ideally based in Riyadh, the candidate will be responsible for increasing our market presence and driving growth across key sectors including Construction, Power & Utilities, Defence, Railway, Mining, and Food & Beverage. The BDE will be crucial in identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, and boosting revenue through strategic customer engagement and market expansion. Proven success in B2B business development and account management, preferably in the industrial and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia. Strong network and experience in Construction, Power, Defence, Railway, Mining, or F&B sectors. Understanding of industry-specific challenges, procurement cycles, and local regulations. Experience influencing product specifications with consultants, EPCs, or end users. Familiarity with vendor registration, prequalification, and approval processes. Knowledge of current industry trends and localization initiatives like IKTVA. Excellent skills in lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and negotiation. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and convert them into business opportunities. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as needed. Education and experience : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
