Our client is a large private real estate developer, based in Riyadh. They are renowned for their comprehensive real estate projects. Responsibilities
Prepare RFPs and tender documents Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts. Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, key milestones, and deliverables. Assess and validate contractor and consultant claims and variation requests, including time and cost impacts, with recommendations for action. Manage contractual correspondence and support resolution of disputes or disagreements in coordination with legal and project teams. Maintain accurate contract records, prepare regular reports, and ensure full compliance with FIDIC and relevant regulatory requirements Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. At least 12+ years of experience in contract administration within the construction sector. Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC, and industry standards. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
