The Job
Receive and welcome customers and assist customers throughout the purchase process.Handle customer inquiries and interests professionally and courteouslyProvide excellent customer service to customers by providing them with prompt, courteous and professional service and helping them choose the frame and lens.Achieve the goals and objectives set for sales and customer service.Operate cash registers and manage financial transactions.Full responsibility for the fund and cash upon receipt of the fund Follow the correct procedures when accepting cheques and credit cards and then act as a cashierFinish all required papers accurately, and measure customers' glasses and order them accurately.Protect all company assets, including inventory, cash, credit card transfers, bank deposits, and devices, and follow the correct procedures when accepting checks and credit cards.Perform the offer according to the instructions, maintain the store assets and implement the standard operation process of the entire store in coordination with the store administrator.Share store maintenance and cleaning tasks with co-workers by maintaining well-organized work areas, keeping store records and files accurate, greeting customers, answering the phone, entering data, and keeping merchandise displays clean all the time.Assist co-workers as needed, including assistance with optometry practice.Maintain good working relationships with other employees, customers and vendors.Demonstrate dedication to honest and ethical business practices at all times.
