Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems on-site. This includes ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring quality workmanship, coordinating with contractors, and managing the electrical team to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and maintenance of electrical systems, including cable trays, wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
• Oversee Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Maintenance (ITCM) of RMUs, transformers, MV cable pulling and termination.
• Manage ITCM of BMS, Fire Alarm Systems, and Control Systems wiring for industrial and building projects.
• Supervise ITCM of LV and MV switchgear, generators, ATS, UPS, and busway installations.
• Monitor installation, testing, and maintenance of LAN, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and codes.
• Review electrical plans and blueprints to guide project execution.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and verification of electrical systems.
• Document daily activities, inspections, and progress reports.
• Monitor material and spare parts requirements for electrical installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with contractors and other supervisors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Train, guide, and monitor electricians to ensure high-quality workmanship.
