Develop and maintain relationships with channels including vendors, distributors, resellers and partners.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with these channels.
Assist the team in different activities, including but not limited to RFP Translation, Proposals Preparation, and CVs Consolidation.
Coordinate with other departments, such as HR, Bidding, Marketing, Operations, Finance and others.
Prepare reports and presentations as and when needed.
Coordinate and manage departmental events and activities.
Maintain departmental records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
Follow up with different team members, departments and Customer to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Provide general administrative support to department members
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
1 to 2 years of similar experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and Time Management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong Arabic and English speaking and writing skills are required for this role.
Should be available in KSA, either Saudi or with Transferrable Iqama
