This position will play a key role onboarding new clients in Saudi Arabia to Solvace, and ensuring customer success through the implementation, monitoring and support. Key Responsibilities
Train the trainers on Solvace apps Configure the platform to meet clients’ specific needs Conduct trials and implementations on client sites ensuring the best use of the system for digital application of the operational excellence methodology Create and update support materials Identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Provide technical support to clients. Requirements
3 years of project management experience with cases of success Fluent in English and Arabic Knowledge in Operational Excellence Methodologies – TPM, WCM, Six Sigma,… Ability to work with teams of diverse cultures Be able to work with MS Office Engineering or Business degree or equivalent experience Proactive mindset Willingness to travel Manufacturing experience using Operational Excellence methodologies as a plus Why Join Solvace?
