Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef De Partie (Sushi) to join our team at [Hotel / Restaurant Name]. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes according to established standards, ensuring adherence to the highest levels of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi and Japanese dishes in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station following hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor and control the quality of raw ingredients, ensuring their availability at all times.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver excellent service and presentation.
- Contribute to menu development and innovation of sushi offerings.
- Adhere to scheduled work times and ensure timely completion of tasks.
