We are in search of a skilled Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Mecca. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, desserts, and breads. Your creativity and passion for baking will be crucial in elevating our menu and satisfying our customers' sweet cravings.

Responsibilities : - Prepare and bake various pastries, desserts, and breads according to recipes or personal creativity - Decorate pastries using different techniques to create visually appealing presentations - Develop new pastry recipes that align with our menu and customer preferences - Ensure high quality standards are met for taste, appearance, and texture of all pastries - Oversee inventory management to maintain proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies - Train and supervise kitchen staff on pastry preparation techniques - Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements : - Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role - Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and methods - Creativity in developing new pastry recipes - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to lead and train kitchen staff - Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary : 1100$ (negotiable based on experience)
