Sales Manager - Pharma
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager – Pharma to lead and oversee the sales and distribution of our pharmaceutical and chemical products across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical chemical distribution industry and a passion for driving business growth.
The position is responsible for :
- Promoting the company’s products
- Acting as the main point of contact with customers, suppliers, and distributors in the region
- Implementing sales goals
- Preparing sales reports
- Promptly responding to customer requests
- Identify new markets, opportunities, and leads
- Lead sales generation and pipeline management
- Increase brand awareness within the region
- Identify and on‑board new partners
- Maximize growth potential within the region
- Preparing budgets and analyzing the market
- Collecting customer feedback as well as market research
- Ensure all activities respect health, safety and the environment and meet IMCD’s compliance and quality standards
Expected qualifications / experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or another relevant scientific fieldMinimum of 5–10 years’ experience in sales roles within a similar roleFamiliar with CRM software like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics is preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsFluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantageKnowledge of the chemical distribution industryPrimary job location :

Will be required to travel when needed
