An Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEOmanages complex scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure the CEO's efficiency and strategic focus.Key responsibilities include calendar and travel management, acting as a primary point of contact, coordinating board meetings and reports, preparing presentations, and managing projects for the CEO's office.The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, discretion, and proactive problem-solving skills to support the CEO's high-level functions and maintain strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Calendar and Schedule Management : Proactively manage the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and conferences. Communication Management : Act as the primary point of contact for calls and correspondence, filtering and prioritizing information to ensure the CEO's time is protected. Board and Executive Support : Assist with all aspects of board meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Travel and Logistics : Plan and arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for the CEO and potentially other executives. Project and Task Management : Lead or support special projects on behalf of the CEO and help manage projects from the CEO's office. Information and Records Management : Maintain and organize critical documents, files, and contacts, ensuring efficient information retrieval. Skills Proactivity and Initiative : Anticipate the CEO's needs and take initiative to address potential issues and requirements in advance. Confidentiality and Discretion : Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive company and personal information. Organizational Skills : Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. Communication : Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and present information clearly. Problem-Solving : Possess the ability to exercise good judgment, solve complex problems, and find proactive solutions. Interpersonal Skills : Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders.
