Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical). 5 years of experience in technical support or engineering roles. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent (Written, listen and spoken) English. Flexible working hours and healthy environment. Ability for personal growth in experience and knowledge. Annual bounce based on performance (written).

Job Description
Purpose : The Service Technician will assist in executing sales / commercial transactions and operations activities under the supervision of the Regional Portfolio Manager. Responsibilities include understanding client inquiries, processing inquiries from clients, providing quotations, negotiating with end users, and executing orders. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication to ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate quotations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Provide technical assistance and support to clients.
