Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential growth opportunities for the business, the product and the client base
• Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook footprint
• Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
• Develop and sustain relationships with clients (organizational level) & partners.
• Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships
• Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department set KPIs
• Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement
• Align business development initiatives with overall company goal and product roadmap.
• Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns.
• Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure successful execution of business strategies
