OUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will drive the development and execution of our product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and high-quality software solutions. This role is critical in shaping our product roadmap, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring we exceed customer expectations.

YOU WILL Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and projects based on market needs, business objectives, and ROI. Introduce new products aligned with department strategy. Develop robust product structures to enhance scalability and market adaptability. Draft and monitor agreements with partners and merchants, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance. Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives, driving growth and customer satisfaction. Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Conduct continuous market surveys and analyze the best trends in loyalty, marketplaces, and lifestyle. Analyze and create presentations to communicate market trends, customer data, and competitor information. Create and manage budgets, tracking expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. Monitor dashboard product operation performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and resolve defects efficiently. Provide guidance to teams on customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a customer-first approach in all decisions. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Write business plans and processes that streamline operations and improve outcomes. Monitor industry trends and recommend changes to align with evolving technologies.

Qualifications TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU NEED

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the software industry. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex software projects. Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
