Overview
Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site. Installing, operating and training security network products. Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels. Perform remedial repair activities on customer site. Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff. Recognize situations requiring a service call escalation and follow proper Escalation Procedures. Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer. Validating actual problem and validating correct parts to be used for service. Effective debrief and reporting of service call for future enhancements. Documenting work activity and maintaining administrative paperwork. Languages

Have a minimum 4-5 years of Hands-on Technical implementation experience in Surveillance systems and Physical security systems. Strong background with the underlying technologies such as Networking, WLNA, CCTV, Access Control, Arm barriers, Bollard systems … etc Have a solid Background in (Milestone, Lenel, HID …) is a must. Have a solid background in Fire Alarm systems will be preferred. Have solid background in Physical security systems will be preferred. Able to work with Microsoft servers (any version). Certified CCNA / CCNP will be preferred. Certified Milestone will be a plus. About The Company
