We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Talent Management Manager
to lead and oversee the full spectrum of talent initiatives within our organization. This role is critical in aligning workforce strategies with business objectives, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring our people feel engaged, recognized, and supported throughout their career journey. Key Responsibilities
Align workforce planning with the company’s long-term strategy. Identify future skills, succession pipelines, and critical roles. Build talent dashboards and regularly update workforce analytics. Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Manage external hiring through recruitment partners and agencies. Oversee outsourcing activities (contractors, manpower providers). Retention & Engagement
Design and implement recognition programs (spot awards, Employee of the Month / Year). Develop non-financial rewards such as peer-to-peer recognition and appreciation initiatives. Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention KPIs. Team Member Life Cycle
Oversee promotions, transfers, and career pathing. Conduct and analyze exit interviews, providing insights and lessons learned. Support managers in building and maintaining a strong employee experience. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 4 – 6 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Talent Management leadership role. Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies. Experience managing outsourced manpower providers. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with experience in HR systems and analytics. Fluent in Arabic and English. Seniority level
