Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across stores, warehouses, and head office. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support store operations and business expansion while maintaining a strong employer brand and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with retail and operations managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for store-level and support roles.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring with area managers and store leaders.
- Manage high-volume recruitment during seasonal and new store openings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified retail talent.
- Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, etc.) and prepare reports.
- Promote employer branding initiatives through career fairs, social media, and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and Saudi labor regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in retail recruitment or mass hiring.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Bilingual in Arabic and English preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
