Job Description

• Supports the smooth running of the property maintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels.
• Carry out and ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant equipment daily, weekly, monthly, and as planned
• Carry out the servicing and maintenance of the complex refrigeration and air conditioning systems, associated controls and any other related equipment within the remit of the engineering department.
• Carry out installation works of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Safe and professional use of appropriate hand and power tools, machines, and chemicals.
• Survey buildings and repair air conditioning systems to ensure the operations are smooth and efficient and they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary. Must have wide knowledge HVAC “DX unit” systems to ensure functionality.
• Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.
• Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, performing follow-up as required.

Qualifications :

A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be at least a high school graduate . Male applicants are preferred for this role.
