هذا الدور يتطلب مهارات تحليلية قوية وإدارة فعّالة للعلاقات مع العملاء لضمان تقديم حلول تلبي احتياجاتهم وتطوير الأعمال بما يتوافق مع توقعاتهم.

  • إدارة المشاريع : وضع خطة عمل واضحة لكل مشروع بناءً على متطلبات العملاء، وجمع وتوثيق متطلبات الأنظمة والخدمات، والتواصل المستمر لضمان تنفيذ المشاريع وفق الجدول الزمني.
  • التواصل مع العملاء : متابعة احتياجات العملاء والدعم الفني طوال فترة التعاقد لضمان تحقيق أقصى استفادة من الأنظمة والحلول المقدمة.
  • جمع وتحليل المتطلبات : استنباط متطلبات العملاء من خلال المقابلات، ورش العمل، زيارات الموقع، والاستبيانات، ومن ثم توثيقها لتحليلها وتقديمها لفريق التطوير.
  • جمع المتطلبات وتقييم احتياجات العملاء بناءً على الأسس المعتمدة في الشركة.
  • استنباط المتطلبات من خلال المقابلات والتحليل الوثائقي وورش العمل.
  • إعداد وثائق التحليل التقني (BRD) وتسليمها إلى الفريق التقني لتنفيذ الحلول المطلوبة.
  • تجهيز خطة العمل والجدول الزمني للمشاريع لضمان تنفيذها في الوقت المحدد.
  • توثيق وتقييم البيانات وتحليل سير العمل لتحسين كفاءة الأنظمة.
  • تطبيق النمذجة والاختبارات لضمان نجاح المشاريع وتحديد نقاط التحسين.
  • استخدام أفضل الممارسات في التواصل وإدارة المشاريع وحل المشكلات.
  • تطوير الأدلة الفنية لتبسيط استخدام الأنظمة من قبل العملاء.
  • التنبؤ بالاحتياجات المستقبلية للعملاء وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة لتطوير الأنظمة.
  • الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وحل المشكلات والشواغل بسرعة وفعالية لضمان رضا العملاء.
  • شهادة جامعية أو ما يعادلها في نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو هندسة البرمجيات بتقدير جيد جدًا فأعلى.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين في تحليل أنظمة أودو.
  • شهادة Odoo تعتبر إلزامية.
  • إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • إلمام قوي بمبادئ تحليل الأعمال وإدارة المشاريع.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الفعّال وإدارة الوقت وتعدد المهام.
  • قدرة تحليلية ومنطقية عالية لحل المشكلات وتحسين العمليات.
  • كفاءة عالية في استخدام تطبيقات تقنية المعلومات.

مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs) :

  • نسبة المشاريع المنجزة في مدة 30 يوم عمل.
  • نسبة الحفاظ على العملاء ومستوى رضاهم عن الخدمات المقدمة.
