Location : NEOM, Saudi Arabia
Salary : SAR 13,000–17,000 / month
Experience : Minimum 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years focused on piling, shoring, and soil improvement (no soil replacement)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of piling, shoring, and soil improvement works on site
- Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones
- Interpret geotechnical reports and supervise soil stabilization methods (such as compaction, grouting)
- Enforce quality control and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and relevant standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure strict adherence to HSE policies
- Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, clients, and stakeholders; prepare progress reports
- Align project execution with Saudi regulations and NEOM quality standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s or PMP is an advantage)≥10 years of project management experience, including ≥5 years in piling, shoring, and soil improvementHands-on familiarity with geotechnical engineering techniques and software tools (e.g., PLAXIS, AutoCAD, MS Project)Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skillsProven track record managing multidisciplinary teams in high-stakes environmentsKnowledge of NEOM protocols and local construction standards is a plus
