Business Development Manager (BDM)

to drive RedBox s growth by acquiring new eCommerce clients and strategic partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our locker and PUDO network, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in eCommerce, retail, and logistics sectors Understand client needs and propose RedBox solutions that solve delivery and cost challenges Lead the full sales cycle : cold outreach, presentations, pricing, contract negotiation, and onboarding Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to deliver customized solutions Maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report weekly performance Attend relevant industry events and represent RedBox with professionalism Meet or exceed monthly revenue and shipment volume targets Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field 4 8 years experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in logistics, courier, or eCommerce Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline management Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Company Industry Logistics Transportation Warehousing Courier Department / Functional Area Business Development Keywords Business Development Manager - ECommerce Logistics Disclaimer : Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
