Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive RedBox’s growth by acquiring new eCommerce clients and strategic partners. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, promoting our locker and PUDO network, and delivering tailored logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in eCommerce, retail, and logistics sectors
- Understand client needs and propose RedBox solutions that solve delivery and cost challenges
- Lead the full sales cycle : cold outreach, presentations, pricing, contract negotiation, and onboarding
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to deliver customized solutions
- Maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report weekly performance
- Attend relevant industry events and represent RedBox with professionalism
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and shipment volume targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field4–8 years experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in logistics, courier, or eCommerceStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable with sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline managementSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
